In the context of the processing of personal data carried out on this website, the controller is COLIBRI, a public limited company with a capital of €1 000 registered at the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 834 242 703, whose registered office is located at 27-33 Quai Alphonse Le Gallo 92100 BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT, represented by its General Director, Mr Nicolas COMMARE.

The COLIBRI website may collect your information directly, when you provide information to complete a form, or indirectly.

If you contact us directly, we collect data relating to your registration or inquiry and we reserve the right to keep a record of your activity on our website.

We collect personal data from our employees, candidates, suppliers, business contacts and more generally from anyone connecting to the site. We may collect and process the following information:

Information you provide by completing the forms on our website. This includes the main contact form, subscription to a newsletter, request to attend an event, request for a white paper or additional information. The pages collecting this type of data will inform you about the purpose of collecting and processing this information. COLIBRI uses a Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) database to manage and track its marketing efforts. Our Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) databases include personal data relating to members or collaborators of our clients or other partners with whom we have a business relationship or with whom we wish to develop a business relationship. Personal data used for these purposes includes business information necessary for the development of a business relationship such as: contact data (e. g. surnames, first names, business contact details), publicly available information (e. g. Board of Directors, published articles, press releases, public messages published for commercial purposes, on social networks and replies to targeted emails.

3. RECRUITMENT PURPOSES

If you use our online application forms, COLIBRI collects the personal data you submit on the site and uses it for recruitment purposes. We may also use cookies, other targeting technologies and the same technologies to conduct marketing activities including our Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) databases, targeted emails to provide candidates with personalized access to the site, send relevant information about opportunities and careers at COLIBRI and analyze the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts and resources, in compliance with applicable regulations. Additional information on how your data will be used by COLIBRI during the recruitment process will be provided to you as part of the recruitment process, prior to any processing of your data.

Whatever the purpose of the processing, for each type of data processing carried out through our site, we will inform you, on request:
– the purpose of the processing operation concerned by the data concerned,
– the length of time for which the data are to be kept, or if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this length of time,

The information collected is recorded in a computer file by COLIBRI for the analysis and processing of the application online. The candidate is informed that the processing of these data is subject to an automatic decision.

This data is kept for as long as you wish to remain a candidate and is intended only for persons authorized by COLIBRI (in particular the Human Resources department), without this data being transferred to other recipients or to any external recruiters specifically mandated by COLIBRI, for the purpose of evaluating your application, checking your references and the information provided or contacting you. COLIBRI requires from all its external recruiters the same level of security for data processing as that applied at COLIBRI.

The Candidate is informed that he/she has a right of access, a right of rectification, a right of deletion, a right to limit processing and a right of portability of the personal data collected concerning him/her.

Finally, the Candidate is informed of his right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority, and in particular in France, with the CNIL.

4. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information (IP address, form information) to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who help us develop our website or conduct our business, as long as they agree to keep this information confidential.

We may disclose or share your personal data to comply with a legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect rights, property or safety.

Personal data is stored and secured in accordance with the relevant legal obligations. COLIBRI reserves the right to cross-reference the data collected by the company for commercial and/or prospecting purposes. 6. DO WE USE COOKIES ?
